Cajun shrimps

If you love seafood, you should definitely try this blend with shrimps (or prawns) to enjoy the typical atmosphere of a summer evening on a Louisiana shore. This fragrant spice mix will enhance fresh seafood’s taste, so that you should try to avoid frozen or pre-cooked ingredients.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

16 shrimps
10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 lemon juiced
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste

 

Preparation:

  1. Wash the shrimps;
  2. Sprinkle on the Cajun Seasoning, ginger and pour in a squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil;
  3. Mix everything up with a fork;
  4. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add to the shrimps;
  5. Wrap everything in foil and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt;
  6. Serve directly;
