Lamb, Crispy Chicken Tenders, Crusted Salmon, Olive Oil and Bread, Salads

  • Origin & History

A Middle Eastern condiment, Dukkah is the Arabic word for pound. This is because the spices, nuts, and seeds used to make it are traditionally pounded after roasting. Served as an early evening snack in Egypt, you just dip fresh bread into extra virgin olive oil and then into the dukkah before taking a bite.
