    Not only is Hummus Spice perfect for use with or as a replacement for hummus but it also pairs brilliantly with vegetables like aubergines or courgettes and is fantastic sprinkled on top of pita breads. Try it to enhance the flavour of meats and fish.

      This blend has all of the classic flavours of the traditional Middle Eastern chickpea and tahini dip: garlic, cumin, salt, lemon, cayenne pepper, olive oil and parsley.
