    It is ideal for liquid preparations, such as the well-known Golden Milk, a traditional ayurvedic drink made with milk, coconut oil and honey or Lassi, a refreshing Indian yoghurt-based drink. You can also add turmeric powder to soups, sauces or blended juices made with fruits or vegetables, which will acquire a beautiful orange/yellow colour and a delicate yet slightly bitter flavour

    Pairs deliciously with:

    indian and middle eastern dishes, carrot soup, ginger, coconut milk, lentil or chickpea.
