    For added flavour and crunch, toss nigella seeds into soups, salads, and sauces at the last minute so they retain their texture. Or sprinkle them on flatbreads with a bit of olive oil and bake them on top.

  • Origin & History

    Nigella Seeds have been used for thousands of years as a preservative and spice. It's even rumoured that these seeds were found in King Tut's tomb. Related to the buttercup family and native to the Mediterranean, Nigella Seeds are mainly cultivated throughout Egypt and India today and they can be found in many traditional Middle Eastern and Indian dishes.
