    Use this Celery Salt on the pork when roasting to keep the outside crisp and the inside juicy and tender. Try a dash in seafood stews, mix it into coleslaw or egg salad, or use it as a topping for popcorn and hotdogs or in your Bloody Mary.

  • Origin & History

    A common seasoning for all things savoury, our Celery Salt is made from ground celery seeds and sea salt. Celery's use has been documented since 850 BC but it may have been used for medicinal properties even before that. Celery seed is high in calcium, manganese, and iron, and the addition of salt enhances its flavour to bring out the taste profile of the vegetable which can be either herbal or citrusy.
