Harissa Halloumi Cheese
Cooking time: 10 minutes
One pack of Halloumi Cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
- Pre-heat a sauce pan on very high.
- Chop the halloumi into thick wedges (say 1.5-2cm thick);
- Grill the halloumi wedges in the pan, turning each minute until the colour is a warm orange;
- Sprinkle on the harissa and serve with olive oil to eat immediately.
