Easy Overnight Oats with Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 100g oats
• 60g chopped nuts
• 1 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 200ml almond milk
1. Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, cashew butter, maple syrup and chopped nuts to a mixing bowl followed by the almond milk. Stir well until everything is well combined.
2. Place into the fridge overnight. The oats will absorb all the delicious flavours during this time!
3. The next morning, remove your overnight oats from the fridge and serve with chopped banana, an extra sprinkling of cinnamon, chopped nuts or any other toppings you fancy!
