Large jars of spices don’t work. They sit on the shelf for months until they lose their flavour because you can’t use them quickly enough. That’s why I sell spices and herbs in smaller jars. You’ll actually cook with them at the peak of their flavour and taste.

My recommendations will show you how to enhance proteins and compliment certain dishes, and it may be as easy as a half a teaspoon here or there.
